She is the founder of Raising the Bar DC and BartenderChicks.com, platforms designed to help bartenders, bar owners, and beverage entrepreneurs build brands and step into leadership. Since launching her first business in 2009, she has coached countless professionals on pricing, growth, and scaling. Known for her no-fluff, motivational approach, Kiya is creating space where culture, community, and commerce converge—empowering bartenders to build lasting businesses and legacies in hospitality.
