Tickets to Raising the Bar: Mastering Cocktails, Branding, & Business are non-refundable.
However, we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us at least 14 days prior to the event.
To request a ticket transfer, please email us at [email protected] with the full name and contact information of the new attendee, along with your full name, contact information, and a copy of your photo ID so we know which ticket to transfer.
If you purchased your ticket using Klarna, Afterpay, or any payment installment option, please note:
• You are responsible for completing all remaining payments as agreed through your selected payment provider.
• We do not have the ability to cancel, pause, or alter your payment plan.
• Refunds will not be issued for partially paid or unused tickets.
For questions about your payment schedule or changes to your plan, please contact Klarna, Afterpay, or your chosen pay later loan provider directly.
